This porcelain vessel is larger than what I usually create. It’s a bit heavier too, the size is approximately 8 cm wide and 8.5 cm high. It holds about 45 cl, which is almost two cups. While I find it a little bit too heavy to use as a mug for tea or coffee, someone with larger hands or stronger arms might disagree and love for hot beverages. I mostly picture this octopus vessel as a pencil or brush storage, or as an artist water cup for painting. Given it’s weight and shape, it will sustain a working environment and will stay in place. No knocking this one over easily !

The outside is painted with a black octopus and details, the inside is galaxy blue with shades of green and an incredible depth and texture of this glaze combo. One of a kind !
