Each year, I open my books to custom orders. January marks the start of the season as well as the time to recap what’s been achieved in the past year. So, here’s a selection of my 2024 custom orders, all of them are now in their new homes and I’m happy these little pieces of porcelain and stoneware bring so much joy to my customers.

2024 Custom Figurines

Custom made figurines are one of my best-sellers, some years I make more cats, others it’s more dogs, with a few bunnies, birds and even fish in the mix. This keeps me super happy as I love the variety, and I absolutely adore seeing the love my customers have for their pets, their friends’ pets and wild animals. It’s truly endearing to learn about each individual animal and their relationship with a family. I also love getting your funny pet pictures and cutest descriptions. Each animal portrait has its little story as I try and include the little habits, quirks and funny details that makes each individual pet so special. It might be a marking or a favorite toy, an interaction between two dogs or recreating a link between a past pet and a new one. Some figurines are just for fun, some are playing a role in an important process like grief for a loved cat or dog. Some celebrate the life and others are simply a reminder of friendship past, present and future. There’s sometimes so much more than a few grams of porcelain and lovely drawings in this work, that’s truly what I look forward to each time I sculpt a pet portrait.

2024 Custom Tableware

Tableware comes in many shapes and forms. I always love to paint your mugs, cups and bowls with animal themed illustrations : a pet portrait, an animal that you or your loved one adore, anything can go. This year I introduced the yarn bowl for my fellow knitters and I hope you enjoy them !

I particularly loved creating a whole set for a new baby, I hope this follows them for years to come and it becomes a lovely family heirloom 🙂
